In doing a photographer's Portfolio / Presentation Book, I'm trying to take my photo on the right and make a 2nd 11x14 that extends the background like on the left as a facing left page.  In the screen shot below I copied a vertical strip of the background from the right pic and then free transformed it on the left.

Trouble is the noise in the gradient on the left and I need a perfect match.  I tried despeckle.

Any suggestions?  Please be very specific.  Many thanks!
