PANTRY SHARE CONTRACT
Year 2001

I am a basic share holder in the Green Thumb Farm Brooklyn CSA for the 2001 season and want to add a Pantry Share. I understand that the Pantry share will be delivered for 12 weeks, on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month beginning on June 26, 2001 and ending December 11, 2001.

Membership and Pick-up: Each share holder commits to staffing the drop-off site once during the season. Pick-up is at St Peter-St Paul Church on the corner of Court and Congress Streets. Pick-up takes place Tuesdays, between 4;00 and 8:00, every second and fourth week for the Pantry Share. We cannot refund your money for missed pick-ups. Friends may pick up in your place; leftovers are donated to charity.

Bayview Farms agrees to supply the above named shareholder with produce in quantities agreed to with the core group as described in the Pantry Share. Deliveries will occur for 12 weeks, twice monthly from June 26, 2001 to December 11, 2001.

Payment Instructions: Payment is due with this contract. Payment should be received by June 19th. Make check payable to GREEN THUMB FARM MARKET. Note the annual administration fee is covered in your basic weekly CSA share, you do not need to pay a second administration fee with this contract.
